MEWS charity have a highly skilled management including – Psychologist, Doctors, Engineers (Computer etc.), Scientists, and Social Workers. At startup for a particular cause of charity, MEWS NGO first conduct a research through meetings, print media (news papers etc.), electronic media (Internet etc.). After conducting research we also take suggestions from members as well. And finally our draft plan goes to chairperson of MEWS NGO for approval. And then our plan goes to execution
